About Jim Mulleady

My name is Jim Mulleady and I wish to show you the Northwoods! I grew up in St. Germain and I live on the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes. I offer 21 years of Northwoods real estate experience and over 40 years of marketing experience. I graduated from here at Northland Pines High School and am very proud to have served on the school board here for 12 years. I founded and am current President of the Northland Pines Community Foundation. I presently sit on the Greater Northwoods Multiple Listing Service (GNMLS) Board. I graduated from UW Stout with a BS in Industrial Technology. I went on to graduate school and have an MBA - Marketing from DePaul University. Education is a passion of mine! I love to read, write and do anything outdoors! The Northwoods offers over 3000 lakes, 3 national forests, a huge state forest and thousands of acres or public forest.
